Hiking at Cape Point

Overnight and full day walks available

The Cape of Good Hope section of the Cape Peninsula offers some wonderful walking opportunities. The landscape is flatter but somehow wilder than that of Table Mountain. The views are absolutely breathtaking.

Mammals in the Reserve include baboons, bontebok, eland, mountain zebra and Ostrich.

The variety of walks available include a full days circular walk beginning and ending at Cape Point itself. Or if prefurred a number of shorter 1 to 2 hour walks. Shipwrecks, vast expanses of empty beach, whale watching etc are all examples of some of the attractions of a walk in the Cape Point Nature Reserve.
